Ha ha, I can lose weight by only just eating a small tub of ice cream everyday too, eating ice cream can reduce weight! ;D[/quote]
As long as you can control the hunger spangs with eating so little ice cream. Ice Cream are found to be not very satieting, low in satiety score. ;D

Low carbohydrate diets drains our brain functions due to the lack of flow of glucose . It's never a good diet to for a super low carbo diet . Glucogenesis ;D spell check. Your body's way of adapting.

Your body's way of adapting. exactly. after a couple of days (or longer), you feel pretty good. i think both anti and pro carb camps have very big misconceptions about each other. The best way to diet is still strategic usage of low carbing with short periods of refeeding / carb ups. there isn't 1 size fit all, be all ends to dieting when it concerns carbs

But cycling protein make even more sense. Then come cycling calories intake. ;D

i always keep protein 1-1.5g/lb, and go up to 2g on carb ups. never compromise on protein.
