American:- All-OUT mass, even if there is water retention and, moon-face symptoms. They seem to like gigantic thighs. To them abdominals are less important body part. They tend to do lesser sets in total and the frequency of training is lower like once a week a body part. Americans are the thigh, pecs and arms guys.
French:- Many train abdominals first in their workout. Their emphasis on abdominals perfection is unbelieveable, they strive to develop their upper, middle and lower abdominals to the same degree. For all body parts, they tend to train with higher frequency, more sets too. French physique stars tend to have under developed legs by American, German and British standards. The French are the abs, shoulder and lats guys. They like their waist very small too.
