Hey guys. I read that our body can only digest like 20 grams of protein per square meal. Which means one can eat like 1 kg of beef and only digest 20 pitiful grams to develop muscle mass.

Highly doubt so. If thats true, we would have to eat like 20 meals a day at 1hr intervals, even during our slp.Mayby we need drips to assist us lol ;D

For small meals just take 20-30g per meal. Once in a while you can take up to 50g per meal. Any thing more probably dun help much in nitrogen retention for a drug free. ;D
