hi all, apologies if off topic.
my ideal body form isn't buff but lean tone with abs. hehe.
in anycase, I'm a short guy 162cm, current weight is 63kg. at my peak weight was 75kg, so I've lost 12kg from exercise and change of diet.
as far as my day job is concerned, its only sitting down at the keyboard.
my work regiment is mostly gym classes. I'm at the gym 5-6 days a week doing group x classes at cali, mostly bodycombat (5x a week) , pump once a week, poweryoga classes (3 times a week). I'm not doing any treadmills or crosstrainer work at the moment because its tediously boring.
as far as food intake, I only drink water, diet coke or tea/coffee without sugar.
a typical breakfast would be beef porridge from yoshinoya, lunch can be something staple like char siew wanton noodles/chicken rice, and dinner is usually ham/leancornbeef/low fat cheese and bread sandwiches/yong tau foo or beef noodle soup.
for supplements, besides gnc megamen and triflex(glucosamine etc), I take effervescent creatine post workout (although I suspect its a placebo effect or effect of carb/sugar after reading that caffeine inactivates creatine).
I also take one scoop of myoplex post workout to prevent muscle loss from aerobic activity. (lactose intolerant, so two scoops will send me to the toilet.)
I've stocked up some weight loss supplements (ephedra based) when I could still buy them from the US (animal cuts), its running out now, and I don't know what competitive alternatives there are available (ephedra based). in anycase, I'm only take these thermogenics pre workout , so I suspect maybe plain guarana/caffeine pills might do the job instead..
suggestions:
anything I'm doing wrong (as far as my aims are concerned).
supplements: where to get and what's effective?
(also anyone using phentermine? should I bother?)
