At least 3 litres...depending on temperature and activity level, up to 6 litres.
On average, around 4 litres.

this is an interesting question... I agree with doinker that the amount to drink largely depends on the activity level and the kind of temperature that we are exposed to i.e. at work (air-con or no air-con), indoor or outdoor 8). Often alot of pple fail to recognise that we should not reach for our drinking cup or bottle only when we feel thirsty becaus when we do feel thirsty... chances are we are starting to dehydrate... BUT having said that myself... i must admit that on more occassion i am also guilty of only reaching for my drinking bottle when i feel thirsty... that is bad... i have also heard that drinking too much water is also bad... but cannot remember why...

i am guilty of not drinking enuff.
anyways, a good rule of thumb is 3 clear piss a day.
also depends on sodium intake, water <-> sodium needs a balance. too little kiam also no good

The urine must be clear thing definitely do not apply to when a person when is on B-complex. But I do not know what is the logic with this theory even without B-complex supplementation. Another thing dun wear white underwear when on B-complex, or you may stain your underwear. ;D
