I think Dim Sum is quite ok. Like the Suay Mai doesnt contain much fat and quite meaty, also the chee chong fuan is mostly made from rice. I guess the one you should avoid is the fried stuff like carrot cake and that bao with the red stuff inside ?

I have been eating healthily for the past few weeks, so my body not very good at handling so much saturated fat at one go. ;D Oh sorry, I misread your post. I thought you were feeling "guilty", actually you were feeling uncomfortable! Yeah, I thought I could take this junk meal (although I avoid the worst ones like fried Yam balls), cos I ran 5-6 times and train weights 3 times a week. But apparently, my body have got used to low fat diet. p.s. it only take about 3 days for the body to adjust its pancreatic enzymes ratios of protein: carbo: fat to fit the diet ratio provided it is constant. But I also thought the MSG and sodium in the Dim Sum meal contribute to the discomfort. I was really expecting all these. Now I just finished my 3km run, followed by bouts of 100m sprinting. After that I just take 4 pieces of Wheat Bixs with 1 scoop of Complete Whey. Super low fat. ;D
