This is something great to aquire.
Know how to feed your body to stimulate growth by listening to it. - After you done you stimulating workout you only complete the training component, you need to eat and sleep to stimulate growth. - I tend to eat every 3-4 hours when bulking. I try taking 20-30g of protein and 50-100g of carb. If I am still hungry about 15 minutes after taking the meal, I take another 20g of protein and 50g of carb. - I have experienced after eating like this and take a 2 hours nap wake up and look and the mirror, the body is so pumped up that it look like a balloon.
