Hi all, it has been many years since I pounded the gym. It is only these coupla weeks that I been going on a more regular basis. The thing is I am 26, but eversince I started on my gym routine, I have felt alot more hungry and eating more food. Is this due to the workouts I been putting my body through?

Yeah I hope it is due to increased metabolism. I've put on about about 2kg, feeling stronger and definitely abit meatier. Shall continue pounding. Wanna hit about 80kg, now only 76kg for 1.74m.

Hey Taurus, I am a Taurus too btw. Well unless, that username does not mean your horoscope. I am not too huge just ok i think. Have to keep eating a lot, sleeping a lot (which I am not getting much of) and training right.

I find that if one trained heavy at 6-8 reps with no aerobics, appetite will increase and the body will grow towards the bigger side with more body fat accumulating.
If one start doing 10-15 reps and add aerobics, appetite will increase not much, even decrease, and the person will lose some size but lose body fat at the same time.
