hi there. i juz started training and i was wonderig if u guys can reccomend a stepbystep guide for health supps , eg what kind to buy , how to use , precautions. Thanks

Hey , Fyi , 3 years back , i started weight training too . at the age of 15 years old , i knew nuts about training , many people in the gym gave me advice that do harm over goods . After much of the reading in the library and internet , doing some cross referencing of individual articles and information , i finally knows at least something about it .
If you just starting weight training , first of all , you will experience muscle hypertrophy easily . i htink doing circuit training or HST will works the best . For now until dec , supplementation should put aside , even the use of protein powder even thought there's no side effect , this is to train and let you learn how to eat properly before supplementary , if not , your money is going to flash down the drain .
