Freedom,
for a beginner, I woudl suggest creatine and protein for a start..
ditch the ripped fuel is a waste of money... diet is all you need when you cut...
The best time to consume protein is after workout as your body requires fast digesting protein after an intense workout..
before a workout, consume complex and starchy carbs with protein to provide you the energy that you need during the workout. have a meal 60 -45 mins before you start working out..

The ripped fuel was given to me from my fren, he told me that it is good for burning fat and cutting...
Another question is about the protein i am taking... Frens told me that it is no use as it only provide me 10mg of protein per servering but when compare to the whey protein.... I am also taking in less fats and some other stuff. So is it advisable to change my brand of protein? If yes... do u guys gt any recommandations?
Thanks Hardcore for your advise....
