I don't have regular meals and regular sleeping time due to job, so really tough. I know bad for body, but no choice. Looks like more cardio and eat right! Thanks! thats another problem in bodybuilding, you have to ensure that u get a meal every 2 -3 hrs and get decent amount of sleep... so i would suggest that you try to bring home made food to work and eat it as you go
