Anyway, was having a discussion on nutrition when one of my friend mentioned this product.
I am trying out the 5 meals thingy and checking out on whats out there in the market with regards to bodybuilding. I must say your website had provided me with alot of good infor! Great job guys!
Could I get an advice on wheather my 5 meals will do me good? Thanks
6:30am: Oatmeal and a glass of HL low-fat milk
9:00am: Tuna with Ham sandwich (no spread at all)
11:30am: Apple
1:00pm: Tuna with Ham sandwich (no spread at all)
3:00pm: Banana
5:00pm: Rice with little meat (if i am going for a run)
9:30pm: Little rice with more meat (after workout)
All this taken from Monday to Friday plus working out.
Basically, jogging 3km to 6km on tuesday and thursday.
Swimming on Sunday, Cycling on Saturday.
Trying to follow some of the suggested static workouts with weights on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
My height is 182 at 75kg, I am trying to go for medium size build concentrating on strength building.
Just need to know if I am on the right track.
