Yeah why? I am fine doing the warrior diet. I don't have to stop and eat during the day and therefore do not have sluggishness. I can train the whole day without interruption. And i did NOT lose any mass or strength, ie this diet did not interfere with my strength training efforts. Can you tell me roughly what you eat and the timing? Initially I thought is a no-food during the day diet but seems like you do eat lightly in the day and one heavy meal at night?

I think it's not one huge meal at night. If i recall correctly, it says eat like a mad man after your workout. (Like a olden day warrior). And through out the day, dont coun't calories, just eat when ever you feel like it.
Results were not too promissing with this diet, i think it was split right down the middle 50 % success rate.
Try looking for the anablolic diet if all else fails.

The high calories eating post workout is good within 1 hour plus minus because of the 1hour golden window. But I cautious against overeating too much in a meal which will stretch the stomach. Adding a pre workout meal with some carbo and some fat and minal fat will improve energy level. ;D
