I wanna bulk up and build muscle, i read frm somewhere tt muscle needs carbs n whey together to build muscle...but most whey have no carbs inside...so how are my muscles gonna build without those carbs or is my muscles juz going to build without the carb in the protein?? assuming my daily diet meals are alot and balanced....

rice, bread, potatoes are all carbs, dont you eat them? I think you meant post workout shake? You must have 2:1 carbs to protein respectively for your postworkout.

You can take a gainer with about 2:1 carb to protein ratiofor better anabolic properties. Once you body fat fat go above 15%, switch to a Whey powder and reduce the carbo to a 1:1 ratio or even lower from food like oats. Carbo is needed to stimulate insulin for proper nutrients uptake.
