Believe it or not , both of this are connect together ? i have my personal experiance and also a test with my friend . this test is not regards to weight training but relate to endurance training .
During the cross country , a friend of mine , who is a turf club member listen to my advice on pre - cross country meal , in the end , he got top 10 in cross country among 50 plus compeitiors . and me , with a better knowledge compare to the previous time , i got second in the cross country , which is just a mere distance away from the top guy , beating every tamil and malay . many was surprise because i look flesher than them ! Conclusion - to maximinze your training with your fullest potential , don't neglect the meal before any compeition .
