Hey pple... Wad u take b4 u slp ?? Because slping is the most important part to me...tts the only time i get some rest n i need real good protein to last me for hours during tt slp to repair n make me GROW GROW GROW....hohoho....Any brand of nite time protein to introduce??

Normal whey protein with either milk or flaxseed oil, or both. The fat content will help slow down absorption.

about the cottage cheese rite. must it cook or just eat it raw?
anyway what i do is i friend tuna, cheese and pepper together. drink with whey.

No need to cook. Gulp it straight down from the container. freaking cottage cheese price seems to have gone up. last time used to be almost $2 now it's almost $3 per container. pui.

I take a mix 2 scoops of whey with a scoop of milk isolate before sleep.
just FYI, oil(flax,olive, etc..) does not slow down absorption. It won't make a whey shake which usally goes through in 45-60mins turn into one that lasts 3 hours. Keep in context the state both protein and fats are in. They are not your fatty meats you're talking bout here that will definitely slow digestion.

didn't ultimate post something about adding psyillium husk or something like that to regular whey and it will slow down the digestion?
