check out Arcalion's Sulbutiamine, a type of vitamin b-1 derivative. said it can help to reduces fatigue, improves long-term memory, and increases alertness.
u will need a prescription for this. I have chronic fatique for years. cant wait to start on this medicine tomorrow. if this thing works, i can throw out all the supplements except my whey and glucosamine sulfate.

say, dont mistaken fatique with chronic fatique. you may be burning out due to overwork and stress. whereas chronic fatique hits me, no matter how much i rest or supps i take, i still feel tired.
today is the first day i took the medication, feel good. alertness is there, i can focus much better and feel abit more energetic. great! onwards to the 550lb deadlift!
