When do you take and how many times do you take protein for training and non training days?
This is my intake per day.
Training Days: 1 time when I get up in the morning 1 time 30 mins before workout and 1 time after workout 1 time before sleep
Non-training days: 1 time when I get up in the morning 1 time after lunch 1 time before sleep
In between meals will go for carb only.

take protein after workout
ensure you get 1 gram of protein for 1 lb of weight

Actually i think 1gram of protein per pound of lean mass will be better. imagine a 25% bodyfat person taking too much protein, it will probably be converted to carbs+nitrogen.

Problem is, not many people know how to measure their bodyfat percentages.

go to a doc to do a bf measurement, if you cant get it right
protein will not convert to carbs, as there are two competely differnt stuff
