Hey guys. Friend said she bought me 2 bottles of creatine, she is very supportive, though silly sometimes coz i should have investigated 1st and let her know I COULD GET IT on me own... Instead i just mentioned to her"at some stage i outta get some creatine coz the guys at Hardcore BB said it would be useful"
LOL.
So i believe i have 2 bottle of creatine enzyme liquid.. with those ear droplet thingies on the cover.
I've been looking at the threads about the supplements, and the Nutrition Park website.
Very inspiring, very gungho, very "I WANNA BE TOUGH AND BIG coz i BELIEVE these DRINKS and POWEDERS will HELP!" YEAH!
Qn. my rational mind says... "Is all this really necessary?"
I understand creatine is needed to help me muscles recover, and i am considering it simply coz the current MEATY diet of my western household doesn't seem to help me recover that quickly. I am still taking 5-6 days worth of layoffs.
Having been to the website.. i can't help but wonder, if the people who take such POWDERS and Weight Gainers are people who do not have decent abundant rich food at home? THus they need to take such "supplements"
Pls enlighten me on supplements.. are my views NOOB and WARPED? Like most of the noobs who annoy you by sticking to their flawed bodybuilding ways?
Qn. How is creatine taken?
I.e. Consume creatine before you workout immediately?
Qn. What is a loading phase for creatine?
