Oracle did mention this in his thread by crapdogg or somethin..
"READ THAT AGAIN PLEASE AS YOU PROGRESS AS A BODYBUILDER IN SIZE AND STRENGTH YOU NEED TO TAKE EVEN MORE REST AND RECOVERY TIME. EXAMPLE:"
Now taking my personal training to relate to the statement above>
Where recently as i have grown stronger, now benching 200 pounds compared to 110 when I first started in January this year..
I have noticed that I take longer time to recover.. i.e. now i take a week's worth of layoff time compared to 2 or 1 day's worth. ( i used to do workouts every single day, alternating lower and upper body)
So my queries are:
Am i getting weaker in stamina if i need longer layoffs between workouts?
Doesn't my recovery time get better as I progress in Weight lifting?
Because assuming i am stronger (able to lift heavier than before) and my recovery time is unchanged... I thus logically should need longer recovery time between workouts.
You guys are bigger and buffer and stronger than I am. And have seen more years of this sport.
Question to you: Did you guys find that you need longer rest time as you got stronger?
