I just have another crazy idea for lifting on the beach.
Get a sandbag, go to the beach and fill it with sand. And do all kind of lifts at the beach. When you are done, just dump back the sand where it originally was.
No need to lug heavy bells around. Free. Can train outdoors. Good grip training.
Anybody knows where i can get a good sandbag?

can go to beach road and get those big ali baba's bag (dont know what u call that today). either that or u can cast your own concret block weight. concrete density is about 2400kg/m3 so casting a 100kg will just require a 30cmx30cmx47cm.
