I got sick for this whole week...down with blocknose,cough and some throat irritation... Still wondering issit i pushed myself too hard during my training esp the leg training..Cos i lay off for about 4months and egar to train back....

if you ask me... i will say it all depends on what you consume after the workout...i always try to get my PWO , vitamin C, and glutamine... this does helps a lot for your immune system... as it takes a beating everytime after a workout..

Glutamine is kick arse. Highly recomended if your immune system is prone to dropping.
Try to get plenty of rest and sleep after training too. And eat up.

take a week off, and work ur intensity up slowly ;D Dun throw ur body into shock.
