i visited a new gym at katong yesterday, kindda liked it.They have 2 cable machines side by side.So i have one question.
For cable crossovers
1)Can i slightly bend my elbows
2)Can i stand straight without bending my back or anything
3)Can i bring the cable to around infront of my groin area? ;D

For cable crossovers 1)Can i slightly bend my elbows 2)Can i stand straight without bending my back or anything 3)Can i bring the cable to around infront of my groin area? ;D Ans: 1) You should always bend your elbow a little to feel the chest and take stress off your joints. 2) You can stand straight, but most pple will bend forward at the hip alittle so that the stance is more. stable. 3) For most people bring till your fists touch each other in front of the groin will be sufficient.
