wel, it has been a few weeks now and the pullups have increased from 22.5kg(50pounds) for 50 total reps daily to now 25kg(55 pounds)for 55 total reps daily.noticed more vascularity in my forearms and crook of arm.lats are coming along nicely, tees major flaring now more flexible.now due to elbow injury flaring up, will go back to a much tamer GTG version with 30-32kg for some reps here and there daily.1 rep is at 35kg.40kg is in sight:)

I have a friend who did more than 50 reps of pullups daily and he increased from 25kg to 60kg. d**n!!! Although this was long time ago so I dunno how he look right now.

cool, goldenkri!!!!!!this proves that my insanity does mean something:)thanks for the encouragement guys,hehe.muscle up ,i think have to wait a few more months.not qualified yet until i get the big 40 back.btw, he did 50 pullups bodyweight or 50 pullups with weights??
