More ideas:
Towel grip pull ups.
Towel grip deadlifts.
Pinch grip the free end of a door, place your feet near the door, extend your arm and pull back up.

Ultimate pull-up for me would be rafter pull-ups. Cannot imagine having such pinch strength.

Anyone thought of Bruce Lee used to do push up with lesser and lesser fingers in contact with the floor? Shaolin Monk can eventually proceed to a stage where they can break brick with one or 2 fingers. ;D

So i was crazy enough to buy this extra heavy hammer at Cash Converter for $5. I attached a new thicker handle to it, costing $3, which is about 1 meter long. The total mass of the hammer is about 8 pounds.
After reading some articles on Indian Clubs, i just realised that they have so much things in common with martial arts. What a pity i did not learn so much in my wushu days. Maybe i should take up wushu again one of these days. And i have a new obsession: club swinging.
Anybody knows any resources on the net about this kind of stuff?
