Anybody has Captain of Crush Grippers? How are they? Worth buying? There is a multiple spring loaded type that you can vary the resistance. Not sure how good.

I think the Ivanko one is more practicle. How does it look like? I ever use a gripper machine in Aust. it is a simple design that you can load plates at the bottom and on top is a handle you can close your fingers to train your grip with progressive resistance. the whole thing is just 1.5 x 1 x 1.5 feet for L x B x H. Maybe those interested can custom made one. ;D
