wah kao.. thats because u didnt take a dose of vitamin c after lifitng man, your immune system takes a beating everytime after u lift Yeah, I know people who take vit C after training and even before sleep. I only take vit C in the morning. After workout, I take Whey only. But I thought I train too much in the past week going gym 3 times a week and jog 5 time a week.

I take vitamin C First thing in the morning , After workout and few doses after meal . what i realise is that although vitamin C is water soluble , high concentration of vitamin C may cause problem like acne production . In a general rule , take some doses 100mg is the best , but max 250 , any higher may not be absorbed and be pass out by urine , no point . The point where neutralising free radicate to boost immune system has been overlooked in my opinion . i takes Green tea extract and Vitamin C as a prevention from free radical oxidative damage which cause decline to health . but since the day i takes the combo , i don't feel any different , in fact , i got frequent sore throat and flu . thus there might be other's factor that causes our immune to down after workout .
