hi there, I'm quite new to bodybuilding. I'm currently about 178cm, 65kg. Can any kind soul recommend me a workout routine that i can follow? and how reps should i do and what is the rest time in between the sets? how heavy should i lift? My main aim is similar to everyone, is to gain some muscles... So sorry to have so many Qs, i really wanna do it properly... i heard compound exerises are good... are those include pull-ups and push-ups? i can't barely do a single pull-up though... many thanks there!

First of all tell us your goals, increased mass with packed muscle or increased strength from there on then we can help you.Btw this website isnt just for bodybuilders, also for competitive powerlifters/strongman or recreational lifters who happened to be interested.I do not mean to be rude but going to the gym doesnt have to be body building tho

increasing my mass along with strength is my main aim though.. just wondering if there is any good workout to start me off . thanks for that thread!
