well, tried doing 4 plates a side today. I have slowly warm up by adding 1 plate by 1 plate after 2 sets each and finally reached 4 a side.
As it's the first attempt, and kelvinL was not free to gym today, so no pics were taken..lol..
I managed to do 1 set of 3 at that weight. After having so many BBers telling me not to spoil my knees.. I kinda stopped at 3.. since I do feel that my lower back is kinda not up to it, yet.. so I guess I will be doing more hyper extensions and stuff

Congratulation!! u broke your own PR and u deserve this. now it is a good time to start a 400lb/500lb squat and deadlift club here! u can do heavy good mornings and glute ham raise. for good mornings, do it light first for reps of 3 with 8 sets and slowly add on the weights. Dimel deadlift is another good exercise although i reserve it for the back days.
