This guy is the 1st Mr Olympia. He love preacher bench which is also known as Scott Bench. He has such good biceps that even Sergio Oliva will envy. But he got wide hips and narrow shoulder frame. He thus worked extra hard for his deltoids. He has some very unique deltoids exercise like shoulder-X-presses etc. Today I tried some, not too bad. Anyone read before any other secrets by Mr Scott? ;D

Wow....OLD school man.... Old School: 70's is a golden age in bodybuilding when unique champions like Frank Zane, Mohammed Makkawy, Serge Nubret, Sergio Oliva and of course Arnold Schwarzenegger were produced. Even Franco Columbu. 60's Larry Scott, Reg Park etc. ;D

If i'm not wrong, he's the first to suggest using ur wrists to stimulate the movements of pouring of water and incorporate them into lateral raises.

Many people does this and Arnold popularised this practice. In contrary, the author of the well respected book Brawn suggested that this may not be good for someone with some kind of shoulder injury. But for me no problem.

Starting position is like you are holding 2 dumbells by your side at the top of a curl with palm facing you and knuckles facing outwards. The next thing you do is to move the dumbells overhead without straightening your arms.
