;D Hello ,
Basically i am 21 this yr , b4 i enlist into army i wt 63kg , now which is 3.5 yrs later i wt 74kg , i feel i am d**n fat , having double chin and worse thing beer belly , wat workout will be best suitable to cure those problem i am having ? things to eat ?
wat exercise will be good for double chin ? beer belly ? food to eat ? any good re-con pill ?

double chin & beer belly = keep doing weights and cardio. The more muscle, the more fat you'll burn. You can't spot reduce areas. So you'll just have to keep burning fat until your flabby bits dissapear.
Just eat a balanced meal lah. Meat, veggie, rice, etc...
