everyone has a difficult part to build up. care to share your experience with the difficult muscle group that u encounter and perhaps how u manage to overcome it?

Chest. And I find that working it with higher frequency works well. But my chest still under developed. Supersets didn't work very well for me.

I notice that the difficult parts are those that have lesser muscle fibre to begin with. To illustrate my point, for me my weak part is biceps. My biceps' shape are thin strips to begin with, in comparison my triceps are relatively bigger lump. My triceps can take lots of training and use relatively heavy weight. My biceps progress much slower. I come to know a new gym friend recently. For him, his bicep is a big lump to begin with, he is one of those few that has bigger biceps than triceps when he train both parts hard.

Well guys, what do you mean by "build up"? You define that as increases in size?
Well.. i think my ENTIRE body is hard to build up in size, i just get HARDER and TONED rather than built up.. maybe it is because i haven;t been weight training enough.. this kind of thing takes years.
