hello to every body. can someone please share his most effective way to flaten and shape the abdominal muscles. tnx . i am new to body building. In the last 3 weeks, I have managed to lose quite a bit of fat on my waist and the abdominals are much clearer. Here's what I do. 1) I run 3km 5-6 times a week 2) I do sit up or leg raise to tone up the abdominal muscles (3 times a week) 3) I start to eat only 50 to 75% of what I usually eat, cut out on sweets and visible fat 4) I still train with weights hitting each body part once a week, but I increase reps to 10-12 instead 6-8. I have lower energy level due to taking less food. 5) I cut high fat hawker food to just 2 times a week

I've come across a blogsite that has a link to an intense bodybuilding website with the real truth on abdominal training; to why people on infomercials or ads commercials have such perfect abs!!! Despite of all the abs exercise including the use of machines, many people cannot achieve having abs, especially when you perform crunches and sit-ups. The problem is that we are hiding our hard-earned abs behind our fats. No matter how many times people use abs exercise, your abs will not be visible because of the fats. The solution to this is to have a 'Low Body Fat'. This is because when you lose weight when you are on a diet or doing cardio/aerobic exercise, including jogging and running. When you have a low body fat, your abs will be shown, Nicely EXPOSE ;D Here's the link: www.intense-workout.com/abdominal_exercises.htmlI recommend this link to the article to those people wanting to have PERFECT ABS!! You can still do abs exercise when or while you have low body fats so that you can harden or tone your abs.
