I been resting for 2 months...Now going back to training...Lost alot of mass.... So wad i was planning on the first week of workout is supersets of 5sets....
Bench Press + Flys = 5sets of 10 den to Barbell Curl + Hammer CUrl = 5sets of 10
same goes for legs and back and shoulders... good idea??

No dont go hard on yourself since you have taken a break for a while..
if you hit your body so harsh in the beginning you will only hit a plateau real quick..
do it slowly.... before shocking yourself...

No dont go hard on yourself since you have taken a break for a while.. if you hit your body so harsh in the beginning you will only hit a plateau real quick.. do it slowly.... before shocking yourself... Yeah agree. You should increase the intensity gradually. After any layoff more than 2 weeks, for first 2 weeks just go back and train low volume but follow a simple plan (like 3 days a week), just go near to failure each set will do. That will keep your "hungry" and motivated. On the 3rd week, you can step up the intensity and do a bit more volume. With the muscle memory, the size and strength should come back pretty fast. ;D
