i have a question here.. how to know if i am overtraining??? how many sets will u recommend to do on one body part? i heard that overtraining might lead to negative effects. and how long does ppl usually workout in the gym??

i have a question here.. how to know if i am overtraining??? how many sets will u recommend to do on one body part? i heard that overtraining might lead to negative effects. and how long does ppl usually workout in the gym?? one of the common symptoms of overtraining is feeling, tired, drained, lack of energy,thats when you know your in it. is always a good practice to keep your workout 45 mins to an hour
