Hi all, I am a complete newbie to body building and I am not a hardcore trainer. I only train to get a lean and muscular body.
I am trying to balance out my right and left hand as much as possible. I am a right hander, so I use dumbbells instead of barbells to strike a balance. Also, when I am working, I am often made to lift heavy stuff like ice buckets and even gas cylinders.
No matter what it is, I make sure my right and left hand do equal amount of lifting.
However, i recently noticed that my right hand has indeed gotten more muscular, but that is a lot more compared to my left hand which has hardly gained much visible muscle at all. Is there a reason for this despite the same kind of exercises for both hand?

You need to train the other hand more. Both sides of the body are not equal. One side will always be larger than the other.

Wat he say is true not everypart is perfect even my idol jayculter(IFBB) legs is not equal legs look more bigger, back to the topic , 1 more way is if you are doing biceps DB curl do your weaker arm first cos tat arm tends 2 be weaker so you can do more and you can focus your weaker arm 1st. tat way works on me but now my use to be smaller arm look better dan the bigger now ( guess have to change)
