Long pulley kneeling tricep ext. I just started to use this exercise for my triceps. It is like the brother of preacher curls, fully support and isolate the triceps instead of the biceps.
I placed a bench in front of the cable cross over. I grap the handle over my head with both my hands, knee and bend down and place my elbow on the bench. From there I extend and contract my triceps. 10 sets of 10 reps. ;D

Woao! Sounds great ...... will try it in my next workout........... Train, Train and Train!!!! This exercise was developed by Vince Gironda and is a favourite of Larry Scott. I find that using a lighter weight and doing more volume more than twice a week really harded up the arms. I just superset barbell curl or reverse curl with this tricep exercise. I do them non-stop for 10 sets of ten reps, then get out of the gym in 15 mins. Maybe they will work for a while. ;D

Try this variant to shock ur biceps. Lying Biceps Cable Curl: Lie completely down with ur feet facing the lower pulley of the cable crossover or any cable machine. Grab hold of the straight bar attached to the lower pulley and lie down with ur arms completely straight. Bicep-curl the bar up to ur chin as many times as possible with full range of motion and pretty soon ur biceps will soon be burning.

It stretches the bicep very hard.
