I am trying out this. I just pick one exercise for each body part. Then do 10 sets of it aiming for 10 reps. Yesterday I did 10 sets each of the following: Bench press, barbell curl and Supported Bent Over Tricep Ext.
Today I gonna do 10 sets of the following: Squat, Lying Leg Ext and Standing Calve.
Tomorrow I planned to do, is 10 sets of Chinup/pulldowns, Behind Neck Press, DB side laterals.
The beauty of weight training is that as long as you do in a reasonable way, it boosts up the metabolic rate and keep body fat lower.
I personally suffers from some lack of concentration immediately after workout due to the fluctuation in blood glucose. I suspect that it is good periodically for the blood glucose to get low, which is good for human growth hormone release.

Really got such a name meh? Yeah this method is known as German volume training by Charles Poliquin. I made the best gain on this routine on a 3 days a week, a body part once a week with a small twist. I add a few sets of pumping on leg day for chest and arms, on chest and arms day some light pressed and pull down, on back and shoulder day, some light bench presses, curl and triceps ext. But the result is very good. According to Coach Charles, the neuro adaptation on the 6-8 sets have some benefits. I definitely experience it.
