Hey guys. I can feel my ab muscles but the trouble is they are covered by this chunky layer of flab.
if i keep doing situps will i eventually get leaner well defined abs for showing off?
OR..
Will the flab just stay there and keep getting more protruding as the fat-covered-muscle gets bigger???
Help.. i want toned abs. Advice?
Triceps:
Hey guys.. errrr this is weird... my right tricep is suddenyl smaller than my left tricep wtf!?
My left tricep is more noticably larger and toned than the right..
what to do? and why does this happen?

Muscular abs is a matter of training. Visible abs is matter of bodyfat. You want strong abs? Train. You want visibly-attractive abs? Starve.
Assymetry in muscle size is quite natural. My right lat isn't the same size as my left.

You will need to eat less and/or go on a diet and perform all kinds of abs exercises. Its faster to train while diet.

My left tricep is more noticably larger and toned than the right.. what to do? and why does this happen? You need to reduced your body fat percentage, so that the abs you have can show. Incorporate 3-5 aerobics training sessions. Reduce the serving size of the food you are currently taking. This will eventually shrink the size of your stomach and you need less food to feel full. Cut out all visible fats, but include 1-2 "cheat" meals a week if you need to. The aerobics will curb your appetite. Do some crunches/sit up and leg raise to keep the abs muscles tone and nice. Once you get to the correct fat % like 7-8%, your abs will envy people. For your triceps, change to single arm movements for 6-12 weeks. Get them to work individually so that they will be equally strong and become more similar in size.
