Due to my motivation of saving money , i decided to stop training in the gym for one week and do my own "training" . Comments on adding in more exercise are welcome .
Start with a 10mins interval run , Every mins , sprint for 10sec and jog for 50sec . after that 10mins of jogging .
2 sets of Pullup to positive failure focusing on the eccentric part . Rest for 10 sec 1 sets of static hold on the highest peak for as long as possible Immediately 2 sets of wide grip push up to failure with 15 sec rest between each sets
2 sets of close grip push up to failure with 15 sec rest between each sets immediately . 5 sets of Tuck jump 12 times with 15sec of rest . 3 sets of berpees 20 times with 10sec of rest
Train from monday - friday

Hmm, how has it been so far? Five days a week sounds a lot, why not four?
I did this circuit thrice a week for some months a long time ago.
20 push-ups Iron Chair 1 min 20 Tricep Dips 20 Lying down Leg Raise
Four cycles continuous. Make me sweat a lot, but no idea if it actually did anything for me.
