what is the correct head position to adopt while doing heavy DB shrugs? looking upand head tilted back? eyes ahead, or looking down with chin tucked in?

umm... what if i really really need a direction to keep my head tilted to? this is because when i shrug hard, i tend to stick out my neck... i am guessing that i should keep my chin down instead, what do you think?

Then lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.

Or you can try when your arms are moving up when doing shrugs, you look down so you can fully sqeeze your traps muscle and when your arms are down you look up and let the weight pull you traps to stretch.... After all try do it slowly and feel the muscle as you all know doing fast tend to injured easily
