erm, y new york time? u in US now? your previous thread on exceess advert closed so can't post. suggestion: how bout opening 1 folder just for ppl to place bodybuilding related ads be it courses, employment, selling of supplements/products etc. any other threads with ads promotion can be deleted hence better control.  |

I think mods should put pics. Of cos we are not Mr.O, or marius Pudinowzki, but we least we better not be slobs with poor posture and big paunches...  dun worry oracle ... yours is not paunch:) |

say, my belly is getting bigger and bigger. quite scary. even though i have been watching my diet; eat chap chai rice with double cheese burger. drink whey protein and tea, yet still put on the belly. eat small meals not big meals one shot. 2nd, do some cardio on non training days, u might have a slow metabolic rate. cut down on carbs later into the night. |
