what are the simplest or recommended ways of getting: well defined arms, chest and abs?
since I ORD from army 3 years ago...haven really trainned much...
my 6packs has gone into hidding...and only see very fine lines when i breath in or have not eaten...
my triceps can still be felt little bit but not my biceps
my chest kind of shrink but the shape is somewhat still there.
i'm currently am a undergraduate and most of the time busy with assignments and thus neglected my exercise.
I now jog 3 times a week, hoping i can slim down and allow my abs to surface again...
I do have free wights (10kg) at home...but did not really make good use of it. and occasionally i did push ups.
Pls advise... thank you
(note: only want to acheive well-defined and not bigger, wish to maintain my current frame)
