just did 40degrees incline BP 100kgx4 reps. I achieved this because i followed CaptnJ's advise on BP; - medium grip - shoulder blades in - slight arc - feet on the ground - stomach air in
mistakes need to be corrected. elbows still flare out. bar come down to throat.
cool. this board's hardcore gurus really kick ass. if i can do it, so can anyone. Thanks, gurus!

Thanks, gurus! haha thanks... glad you are doing well!. Its ok if the elbows start to come out a bit near the top. But of course if they flare at the bottom.. its game over for the shoulders. try a bigger arch:) regds Jonathan

But of course if they flare at the bottom.. its game over for the shoulders. try a bigger arch:) regds Jonathan actually, both elbows are point out at the bottom. arms are 80 degrees to the body. if i tuck my elbows inward, can feel the strain on my shoulders.
