Aside from burning calories?
Will it made the body feedback system tell the body not to get too big as too much weight will be a disadvantage?
Hey I also read some research that the polyphenols in Green Tea prevent the body from getting too big.
Any comments? ;D

Rather it is a thread for discussion about striking a balance between health and bodybuilding.

I find that regular aerobic trainings and green tea caps 3 times daily curb my appetite. I have lost 2kg in 2 weeks, but my body dun feel like training too heavy also. Fat Caliper readings are reducing.

i read your 3 posts above and don't get what you are trying to ask or what exactly you are trying to discuss about. what has "discussion on striking a balance between health and bodybuilding" got anything to do with "why does aerobic make a person smaller"?
perhaps you can rephrase?

Any comments? ;D if you want to build muscles, you have to lift heavy weights to stimulate muscle growth..aerobic is not going to give you that other than cardio health.. i dont really understand your 2nd question... your third point is very interesting... i have never read abt tht research before.. hope you could shed some light on it...

Aerobics sessions for me seems to make my taste buds less sensitive and food taste more bland to me. I am peaking for my IPPT test in July, aiming for $400. ;D
