Ready for a new Body

I just started trying bodybuiding, but i am going into NS soon, heard that there have to run aot, hence i will have leaner muscle rather than bulk size?? should i continue my training or bodybuild after my NS?? any advice??
If i don't bodybuild, hw much protein should i consume daily if i want to increase strength??
Anybody sign on for Police Force?

Unless you have a slack vocation and don't have to stay in camp, I can safely say you will neither have the time nor the energy to do any kind of bodybuilding. Combat training and army food doesn't favour hyperthrophy of any sort, unless you have nothing to begin with that is.
Sorry, practically speaking NS is not your time.
