currently i am doing 45 min of slow treadmill walk on the highest resistance there is on a near daily basis to burn the fat and save the muscle.I tried running before and it kind of robbed me of my strength.with walking however i find that my strength is still there.after hearing lots of good things from people reagarding walking like lok and many pro bodybuilders, i decided to give it a go.so waht do u guys think?to me, the highest resistance is very manageable, in fact, my legs do not feel the slightest bit of soreness.the reason why i am using the highest is make my muscles work a bit during the cardio ala active recovery.so do u guys think i should scale back the intensity or not?

Alternating cardio producing the best result . I remembered the last time i used slow cardio as my primary cardio , i lost quite amount of strength from my quad . Thereafter , i became to alternate Interval cardio and moderate cardio/slow cardio , it's alot better now
