everyone has a committment, may it be study or work. How do u guys managed to go to the gym and give 100% to your workout? i had been dragging my feet to the gym, not because of lack of interest, by the end of each day, i'm mentally exhausted. trying to do a 90% 1RM for reps will take a challenge more on the mind than just physical strength. Would like to hear from ya all how to stay focus and psyched up.

I dun train 90% RM for every of my workouts.
If i do that, my joints will probably be aching for days before i suffer some injuries. Heck, even Westside crew doesnt train heavy for every workout.
Wat i do is: Mon: Heavy (85-90%) Wed: Medium (75-80%) Fri: Light (60-70%)
Weekend will be time of recovery with some light cardio.

i always bring a partner along so i can push myself harder as we will be comparing with each other...so that gives me the desire to push myself hard
