We, on the other hand are Asians. Heck, most of us will probably has less developed body than a 12 year old African American despite been gyming for years. I could be wrong but i read somewhere, that 3setsx10reps suit us Asians the most. Oh good grief, using race as justification!

Might be true to a certain extent if he spoke abt recovery ;D But traiining methods? Highly unprobable
