Breakfast: 1 Chicken Patty with no bun or anything 1 Cup Ice Milo
Recess: 1 Chicken breast with rice + 4-5 tablesthingys of baked beans 1 Banana Milk
Before Workout: 1 Daisy Mocha Milk 1 cup Wheatgrass Soya Milk
Post Workout:
KFC 3 piece chicken meal with small whipped potato i only ate 1/4 the coleslaw (Most of the crispy batter was thrown away, not much use)
Around 6PM
1 Big-M Strawberry Milk
Around 830pm
Daisy Mocha Milk
Dinner(Quite late)925pm plus
Grilled Fish add fish with chips,coleslaw and baked beans
Do you guys think i eat too much or enough or undereat

Why did the word s.p.o.o.n get censored Too much fast food like KFC and fries. If u want relatively healthy fast food, stick to mcdonald's grilled chicken foldover and BK's grilled chicken sandwich.
